Backordered/Out of stock: If one or more items is back ordered, we will hold all items until that item is in stock, if it will be within a reasonable time. If for some reason the ETA is more than 1 week or an item is unavailable, we will contact you to let you know.

Problems: We are human. Things happen. If you have ANY issues, such as fitment, missing adhesive or templates, damaged items, something not working right, for any reason, please, message us! We are more than happy to try and make it right.

Warranty: We do NOT guarantee a color match! We can’t guarantee our colors will match your factory paint or badges, or aftermarket wheels or accessories. We HIGHLY suggest ordering color samples if you aren’t sure.

Custom Designs: We do all sorts of custom designs, but we will NOT do anything trademarked or with a copyright that we do not have rights to use. 

Mistakes: Occasionally we make pricing mistakes. Gladius Offroad reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing mistakes.
