Returns & Refunds

Emblems: Gladius Offroad DOES NOT accept any returns/exchanges on custom emblems. "Custom" means you choose the design and colors, and the emblem is made specifically for you. Most of our emblems fall under this category. We occasionally offer various pre-made emblems, that are "all sales final", which will be noted in the item description.  We, on occasion, at our discretion, may accept custom emblems in more popular designs and color combos. This is rare, and should not be considered a standard.

Brackets: We will accept returns of new, unused, unmounted, undamaged brackets. 

Templates/Spacers: We will accept returns on unused templates and spacers. 

3rd Party Vendors: Returns/Exchanges for items from other vendors, are at the sole discretion of that vendor. You are welcome to contact us first for clarification on a specific vendors return policy. 

Returns & Refunds: Refunds will only be given for accepted returns, and will be sent within 5 days of receiving your return. Gladius Offroad, reserves the right to withhold  restocking fees. This will be clarified before you send your return. Returns must include your name and order number, and arrive in the same condition they were received. If it is received damaged, we reserve the right to deny your refund, or reduce your refund based on estimated value or cost of the repair. Please pack your return items well. We also suggest insuring your return. We are not able to refund original shipping fees. You must contact us for all returns, prior to returning. Return postage is at buyers expense. This excludes warranty claims or mistakes. (If we screw up, we fix it). We may or may not request the original item back. If we request it back, we will send you a label, which must be printed and adhered to the box. You can hand the box to your carrier, there is no need to go to the post office or pay for a new label.
