We do NOT guarantee a color match! We can’t guarantee our colors will match your factory paint or badges, or aftermarket wheels or accessories.

Returns: Returns are accepted on new and unused in stock items, returned in new and unused condition, within 30 days of receipt. Returns are generally not accepted on any “custom” items. Custom means any item where you choose the colors, word, letters, style, font, etc. We cannot accept returns because “it doesn’t match or it’s not the right color”. We offer color samples for a resonable price so you can see the color first hand before ordering. At our discretion, we may allow returns on tailgate emblems on certain popular colors. If you stick the emblems on, they ar no longer returnable.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping is the buyers responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned items. We have to charge the restocking fee to cover handling, packing materials, shipping labels, etc.

Cancellations: To keep the level of service our customers expect, a lot of times, orders are started moments after ordering. This includes off hours, as we rarely work a typicaly 9-5. Because of this, cancelled orders may incur a 20% restocking fee if we have started on the order. This is completely up to our discretion. If you made a mistake on your order, a lot of times there is no reason to cancel and we can work with you to make changes if needed. 

Damaged/Lost items: Please contact us within 10 days of any damaged or lost/missing/shortages. We ship everything insured, so while the process may be slow, rest assured everything is covered. In some cases we will just send replacements while we work through the insurance process. In case of an item damaged upon arrival, STOP. Take pictures of the item as it is. Please take a few. Remove item from box to further document damage. DO NOT throw away any packaing materials. Insurance may require you to bring this to a local post office for inspection.

Shipping Information

Ship times and Tracking: Most items are shipped from our facility within 1-3 business days. If we have to order materials, it can take an additional week. Tracking numbers will be emailed to the email address provided on ordering. We DO NOT retype in addresses. The address you enter is what we ship to. Occasionally, USPS will say an address is invalid. We try our best to double check and make minor corrections if possible, such as “Road” vs “Rd”, but in the end it is your responsibility to enter the correct address. If an item is returned to us as non deliverable, you will be responsible for the postage for reshipment.

International Shipping: Due to variences in shipping cost, we charge a base rate for international orders. If the actual amount is more, we will send an invoice for it. If it is less, we will refund the difference. We ship via USPS, which hands it to Global post, then to your local carrier. If you want a certain shipping service (Fedex, UPS, etc), please contact us first. We insure all orders, but once the packages leaves the US, we have no control over the package. We will assist with insurance claims, but we cannot be held liable for missing or damaged orders once they leave the US. Packages returned as non-deliverable, CAN be reshipped, but you must pay the shipping again. Out of US shipping services will return items, but they will not refund us, and instead they will say we must go through USPS. USPS, will not refund us. We love shipping to our out of US customers, but once it crosses the border, it is 100% out of our hands.

Shipping Insurance: We offer 2 types of insurance. USPS insurance which is a set amount. If you choose shipping with this type of insurance, we will provide any needed information for a claim, but you will be responsible for filing nd completing the claim with USPS. We also offer a third party, FULLY INSURED option. With this option, we will handle the claim for you. You would be required to fill out a form, send pictures, or display materials to local Post Office as needed. If the claim is denied, we will still cover the replacement item.

Backordered/Out of stock: If one or more items is back ordered, we will hold all items until that item is in stock, if it will be within a reasonable time. If for some reason the ETA is more than 1 week or an item is unavailable, we will contact you to let you know.

Problems: We are human. Things happen. If you have ANY issues, such as fitment, missing adhesive or templates, damaged items, something not working right, for any reason, please, message us! We are more than happy to try and make it right.

Warranty: We stand behind all our products. Even if your item is not covered under warranty, feel free to ask. A lot of times we can help with a discount or partial replacement.

Tailgate brackets and antenna brackets are warrantied against manufacturer defects for a period of one year from purchase date. Intentional damage or damage from misuse is not considered a manufacturer defect.

Emblems are warrantied for a period of one year against manufacturer defects. This includes letters coming off while adhesive remains on vehicle or top layer separating from bottom layer. Warranty does not cover damage from weather or driving, improperly installed emblems, color fade, etc . The adhesive we used is an excellent and strong, weather and waterproof adhesive, so if emblems come off with the adhesive still attached, it is from improper installation. Neon colors are prone to fading with lots of direct sunlight. This is not a manufactuer defect. Scratches, skuff, etc are not covered under warranty.
